These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aerynix.com and the purchase of household cleaning products, accessories, and monthly subscriptions from Aerynix (“Aerynix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Subscription Management terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your state and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding account credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Products and Product Information

We sell household cleaning products and related accessories described on the applicable product pages. Product packaging, colors, and appearance may vary. Written descriptions of quantity, size, ingredients or materials, intended use, and warnings control over illustrative images.

Always read and follow the product label. Use products only as directed, store them securely, keep them away from children and pets, and never mix cleaning products unless the label expressly states that doing so is safe. You are responsible for checking product suitability for your surfaces, household members, sensitivities, and intended use.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, payment problems, or legal requirements. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or address. Products may not be purchased for unauthorized resale.

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the total due are displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you select for one-time orders and, when you enroll, recurring subscription orders.

We may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order. A price change does not affect an already accepted order except as permitted by law.

Monthly Subscriptions

When you select a subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing monthly plan. Before checkout, we display the product, quantity, recurring price or pricing method, delivery frequency, shipping charges, discounts, and how to cancel. You must affirmatively agree before enrollment.

Your subscription renews and your saved payment method is charged on each scheduled billing date until canceled. Taxes and shipping are calculated for each renewal as applicable. We may retry failed payments and delay, skip, pause, or cancel shipment if payment is unsuccessful.

You can manage or cancel future renewals through your Aerynix customer account. If you enrolled online, an online cancellation method will remain available. There is no cancellation fee or minimum term unless a specific offer clearly discloses one before purchase.

Complete changes at least [SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE CUTOFF] before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order already billed or in fulfillment. We will provide notices of material price or subscription changes and renewal reminders when required by applicable law.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping estimates and restrictions are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exclusions, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

Aerynix Give-Back Program

Aerynix contributes 10% of the eligible merchandise subtotal from completed initial orders and recurring subscription orders to Save the Children Federation, Inc. “Eligible merchandise subtotal” means the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, canceled orders, chargebacks, and refunded amounts.

The contribution is made by Aerynix from its own funds. Customer purchases are not direct charitable donations and are not tax-deductible. Aerynix does not issue charitable tax receipts. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Aerynix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Save the Children.

We may modify the recipient, percentage, eligible products, calculation method, payment schedule, or duration of the program prospectively. Any material change will be clearly disclosed before it applies to a new purchase or renewal. Changes will not retroactively reduce a contribution already accrued under the terms displayed when an eligible order was placed.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to their stated terms, availability, and expiration dates. Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, applied retroactively, or transferred. Subscription discounts may apply only while a qualifying plan remains active.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful and lawful. You grant Aerynix a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify for formatting, publish, and display that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential information, unlawful content, infringing material, malware, or misleading reviews. We may moderate or remove content, but we are not obligated to do so.

Intellectual Property

The site and its text, graphics, branding, layout, photos, videos, and software are owned by or licensed to Aerynix and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the Services under these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or access the site through unauthorized automated means, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, commit fraud, violate law, infringe rights, or use products for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all site content will always be error-free. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or package. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aerynix and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the Services or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Aerynix for the order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Aerynix harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the law of your state provides nonwaivable consumer protections. Courts located in [COUNTY, STATE] will have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small-claims court or reporting a concern to a government agency. This draft does not include a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver; obtain legal advice before adding either provision.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated as required by law. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
