Monthly Cleaning Essentials, on Your Schedule

Aerynix offers optional monthly subscriptions for eligible household cleaning products and accessories. A subscription helps you receive products regularly without placing a new order each month.

Before You Subscribe

The product page and checkout will show:

  • The products and quantities included.
  • The recurring price and any subscription discount.
  • The monthly delivery frequency.
  • Shipping charges and applicable taxes.
  • That the subscription renews automatically until canceled.
  • How to manage and cancel the subscription.

You must affirmatively select the subscription option and agree to the recurring terms. A subscription will not be created solely because you failed to opt out.

Automatic Monthly Billing

Your saved payment method is charged automatically on the billing date shown in your account, generally once each month. Each successful renewal creates a new order for fulfillment. The billing date is not the delivery date; processing and carrier transit time apply after payment.

Your renewal total may change if you modify products or quantities, a disclosed discount expires, shipping or tax changes, or we give legally required notice of a product-price change.

Manage Your Subscription Online

Sign in to your Aerynix customer account, then open “Subscriptions.” Depending on your plan and the options available, you may be able to:

  • View the next billing date and recurring total.
  • Review previous subscription orders.
  • Update your shipping address.
  • Update or replace your payment method.
  • Change eligible products or quantities.
  • Skip an upcoming order.
  • Pause and later resume the subscription.
  • Cancel future renewals.

If you cannot access the subscription section, contact support@aerynix.com.

We will not require a telephone call to cancel a subscription that was started online.

Change Cutoff

Complete changes at least [SUBSCRIPTION CHANGE CUTOFF] before the next billing date. Changes submitted later may take effect in the following cycle. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of an order that has already been charged or entered fulfillment.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee or minimum commitment unless a specific promotional offer clearly states otherwise before purchase.

Cancellation stops future billing and future subscription deliveries. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order already charged or in fulfillment. An eligible processed order may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

After cancellation, you must place a new subscription order if you later want to restart service, unless your account offers a reactivation option.

Skipping or Pausing

When available, skipping affects only the selected upcoming order. Pausing stops renewals until you resume. Review the next billing date in your account after making a change and keep the confirmation email for your records.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment and ask you to update your payment method. The related shipment may be delayed, skipped, paused, or canceled until payment succeeds.

Address Changes

Update your delivery address before the change cutoff. Changing the default address elsewhere in your account may not automatically update an existing subscription, so confirm the address displayed inside the subscription itself.

Subscription Notices

We send order confirmations and other transactional notices to the contact details associated with your account. We will also provide renewal reminders, annual reminders, and advance notice of material price or term changes when required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription shipments follow the same Return & Refund Policy as one-time orders. Canceling the subscription is separate from requesting a return or refund.

10% Contribution on Subscription Orders

Aerynix contributes 10% of the eligible merchandise subtotal from each completed subscription renewal to Save the Children Federation, Inc. The eligible merchandise subtotal is the product amount actually paid after discounts and excludes taxes, shipping charges, gift cards, canceled orders, chargebacks, and refunded amounts.

The contribution is funded by Aerynix. Your subscription payment is a purchase, not a direct charitable donation, and it is not tax-deductible. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Aerynix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Save the Children.
